Interface. Students will learn basic Part Design,
Assembly Creation and fundamental Drawing creation.

Intro to SolidWorks Interface, Sketching, Extrudes,
Revolves, Sweeps, Intro to Assemblies, Intro to
Detailing.

Advanced Part/Surfacing

Introduces the student to Free Form modeling. The
student will learn advanced shapes such as sweeps,
lefts and surfacing.

SolidWorks Simulation (formerly Cosmos) (3 Days)
Offers comprehensive hands-on training on the
applications of SolidWorks Simulation. The class discusses
linear stress analysis, gap/contact analysis and
best practices.

Frequency Studies

Teaches students how to build sheet metal parts and
assemblies made of welded structural members.

Introduces the student to the Product Data
Management software available within SolidWorks.

Routed Systems
Teaches the student how to develop piping, tubing
and wire harnesses using SolidWorks Routed Systems.
Routing Will Be Held in Two 1-Day Segments
Segment 1: Focus on Electrical Harnessing/Cabling
