R&D Technologies takes the initiative to create their own version of a medical mask in light of the sweeping pandemic
With all of the uncertainty surrounding the issue of health and COVID-19 R&D Technologies has been tirelessly searching for ways in which 3D printing can help contribute to a healthier world.
Our Vice President, Jordan Novak, is shown modeling our latest take on a makeshift safety mask. The fitting around his head was 3D printed from one of our in-house machines. And the clear shield is a piece of transparency fastened to the fitting.
We are currently seeking out local companies to partner with and hopefully expand the influence that 3D printing has on defeating this virus.
