On the Fortus 400mc and 900mc 3D Production Systems, ULTEM 9085 offers a well-vetted high-performance thermoplastic. Advanced applications include functional testing, manufacturing tooling and direct digital manufacturing of end-use parts — including aircraft interior components and ductwork.

ULTEM 9085 is ideal for aerospace, automotive and military applications because of its FST rating, high strength-to-weight ratio and existing certifications. It empowers design and manufacturing engineers to 3D print advanced functional prototypes and end-use parts.

This high-performance FDM thermoplastic expands the use of additive manufacturing into applications that demand thermal and chemical resistance. ULTEM 9085 works with breakaway support material only.

Xtend canisters contain 184 cu. in. of material in the same spool size as the 92 cu. in. canisters allowing you to run the machine unattended for twice as long.
